In the Workflow Preparation View you can select a TextGrid Workflow (tgwf) Object and add it to a workflow. The related TextGrid Objects are displayed. Before you have created or selected a new workflow, the Preparation View will be empty.
After having preselected a workflow in the Workflow Selection View the Preparation View above changes and shows two columns with listed lines. Drag Objects from the Navigator or the Search Results View and drop them in the list of the Workflow Preparation View. Use the button below the list to remove selected documents. If you right-click a document in the list, the context menu will be similar to that one in the Navigator.
